About our recipes
Cooks Without Borders focuses on dishes that are easy or fairly easy to prepare, whether it's one of Leslie's favorite quick weeknight pasta dishes or stir-fries or a lazy, relaxing weekend slow-braise. All recipes are by Leslie Brenner, unless otherwise indicated. Some recipes will be a little more complicated, especially in the case of cookbook reviews. Most are made using ingredients you can find at any good supermarket, though some involve more specialized ingredients that are most easily found in ethnic markets. The recipes have all been thoroughly tested, whether they were created by Leslie or adapted from a cookbook, guest cook or other source.
